A bit run down but can't beat the location and convenience. It's a great getaway spot. Very nice staff as well.

This economy priced inn is situated in many different buildings and the experience of staying here was mostly OK. Our room was large but it smelled like mildew. The walls were thin but the beds were firm and clean. The cable TV selection was lacking and the wifi was impossible to connect with but to some extant this can be dismissed as neither of these were why we were visiting Greenport. There was plenty of parking for the guests and the for folks visiting the restaurant/bar. The pool seemed clean and was in use through out most of our stay. In an expensive touristy town we nearly got what we paid for and other users might fare better.
Went to an event here. Nice place to visit.
I normally don't leave reviews-let alone negative reviews. But this place is seriously outdated and the photos that are shown are not a representation of the actual conditions. I dont mind "vintage" , but this is just old, dirty, and not a place I would want to spend the night.
