Very pretty, scenic place and nice to grab a drink. But I was very disappointed with the food and lack of customer service . I ordered the black bean burger, which was mushy and flavorless. The accompanying salad was wilted and underdressed. I would have told the waiter, but I literally did not see him until about a half hour after the meal was served. I nibbled on my friend's french fries, (her meal was decent) and when the waiter finally made an appearance, my friend had finished her meal and I CLEARLY had not touched mine, and told him I found it inedible. He promptly cleared the table and brought us the check. He did not ask if he could substitute anything else, did not take a penny off the bill and did not bring a manager over to ask me about my dissatisfaction. I begrudgingly paid the overpriced bill and left (literally) hungry. Will not be back. Every restaurant is entitled to an off day or an off meal, but how the waiter (dark hair, bearded, late 20s?) handled it was unacceptable! A little customer service goes along way .
I like the vibe.. it a local bar with outdoor seating. The staff is friendly. The Po Boy was excellent.

Was gong to give a 2 star rating because of hostess. We walk up to inquire about dinner for two was told "can you wait a minute". We offer to go to the bar for a drink while sorting things out she never acknowledged us again so we ended up eating at the bar...no big deal. Restaurant was about half full whe we arrived. The bright spot came with the chef and the food, fresh ingredients, appetizers and entrées were all excellent! Could have been a 5 star but maybe the hostess was have a bad day!
Stopped in for a little lunch while spending the day out east. Food was delicious and wonderfully plated. Service was great. Would recommend to anyone on the area.
