My girlfriend and I booked a night at this hotel for Columbus Day weekend back in August. Two weeks before our reservation we received an e- mail alerting us that our reservation was canceled due to not confirming our appointment by fax, which we did! We called to speak with one of the customer service personel and he said that because we booked it with expedia they probably did not receive the reservation. He then said that if we wanted to book a room we had to book for a minimum of 3 days during the weekend and that it would be $275/night which we had previously booked the same room for one night at $169. He then said that he could no longer help us and that he would call us back, of course we never got that call back. Bad service and a bad attitude!
